Programs
Financial education structured for different learning needs, organizational stages, and delivery preferences. Each format follows the same rigorous methodology.
Financial Foundations Program
A multi-session cohort program covering the full scope of financial literacy for impact organizations. Participants work through all four phases of the methodology in a structured group setting.
The cohort format creates a learning environment where participants from different organizations can work through shared challenges. The diversity of organizational types — B Corps, social enterprises, hybrid structures — enriches the application exercises considerably.

Hybrid organization financial structure
Stakeholder Communication Workshop
A concentrated single-day session focused specifically on financial communication. Designed for organizations that have a reasonable grasp of their numbers but struggle to communicate them effectively to different audiences.
This workshop can be delivered in-organization for leadership teams, or in an open format for participants from multiple organizations. The in-organization format allows for work with your actual financial data and reports.
Available in-organization for leadership teams
Open format for mixed-organization groups
Planning Under Uncertainty Module
A self-paced online module introducing the core tools for financial planning in volatile economic environments. Designed specifically for Argentine conditions — inflation dynamics, currency considerations, and the particular planning challenges of operating here.
The module covers rolling forecasts, scenario construction, and adaptive budgeting. It can be completed independently or as preparation before joining a cohort or workshop program. Flexible scheduling means it fits around the demands of running an organization.
Self-paced with flexible scheduling
